1 Welcome to the Court

These terms explain how you can use the interactive games and content from Sardine Queen ("we," "us," or "the Queen"). When you buy a game or use this site, you're agreeing to the terms below.

Sardine Queen™ is a brand of Tierra Rica Trading. We're a real small business making real digital products, and we appreciate you supporting independent creators. 💖

2 License: What You Can & Can't Do

When you buy a Sardine Queen game, you get a personal-use license. Here's the breakdown:

You CAN ✓

  • Use the game for your own events — bachelorettes, birthdays, parties, friend hangs
  • Share the unique game link with your party guests (each gets a unique card)
  • Print as many physical cards as you need
  • Save your access details for future use
  • Show off how good your party was

You CANNOT ✗

  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer the product
  • Share your access password publicly (TikTok, forums, etc.)
  • Use the games for paid commercial events without a commercial license
  • Modify the games or remove our branding
  • Claim the work as your own

💼 Commercial Use

If you're a bar, restaurant, event venue, party planner, or anyone using these games as part of paid services — please reach out for commercial licensing. Email salty@thesardinequeen.com and we'll work something out.

3 Digital Products & Refunds

All Sardine Queen games are digital products. Because they're instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, we're reasonable humans. If something genuinely doesn't work (broken link, technical issue, you accidentally bought the wrong game), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

4 Access & Password Security

After purchase, you receive a unique link and access password via email. Keep these safe — they're personal to your account.

We can't be responsible if you share your password publicly and others access your game. If you accidentally leak it, contact us and we may issue you new credentials at our discretion.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on Sardine Queen — including the Sardine Queen character, illustrations, designs, written content, game mechanics, branding, and the tagline "For a Good Time & Bad Decisions" — is the original creative work of Sardine Queen / Tierra Rica Trading, protected by copyright and trademark law.

You're buying the right to USE these games for your personal events, not ownership of the underlying creative work.

6 Age & Conduct

Sardine Queen games are intended for adult audiences (21+). Many of our games reference alcohol, drinking culture, and adult party experiences. We expect you to:

We're not responsible for anything that happens at your party. The "bad decisions" in our tagline are jokes — we love you, please be safe.

7 Privacy

We only collect the information you give us at checkout (name, email, billing details) and basic analytics about how visitors use our site. We don't sell your data, ever.

We use your email to deliver your purchase and occasionally send you news about new games or special offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Payments are processed by our checkout partner — we never see your full credit card details.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our products means you accept the updated terms.
